    On March 17th, my 2005 Cadillac Escalade was taken to the dealership in Bend for regular mainenance/service as well as a tire rotation. At the time of the service, the vehicle was in perfect condition and had no issues or problems. It should be noted this vehicle is a second vehicle in our family and is only driven on occasion as I have a work vehicle assigned in my profession.     Ally finical, in my business experience is the most incompetent organization I ever dealt with. When a customer wants to pay an outstanding obligation and they do not have payment options set up through banks, and the answer from them is we will have it set up sometime in future AND AT YOUR EXPENSE mail it to us , GM in Red Deer Canada Kipp Scott were professional and courteous.     I have a second mortage with GMAC. I am in the process of refinancing my first mortage from a 7 1/4% to a 3% I have been waiting on GMAC to provide Bank of America with the subornation paperwork that I was told would only take 7 days. It has been over a month and now I have lost out on my refinance and have to reapply. This is the worst I have ever encountered from a company.     I've had this car insurance for about 4 years now and have never had a need to to use their roadside assistance(thank God) until today when my car wouldn't start. I called customer service and the wait time was 10 minutes, so I hanged up and decided to try the Spanish option and to my surprise, they answered right away. I thought everything was going well until the lady had to put me on hold for like 10 minutes. She then came back and asked a couple question and put me on hold again and it seemed like forever.     I am a medically disable veteran who has lost hearing in his left ear. After coming home from the desert I found a job doing surveillance work. Long end of it the casino industry has taken a dive due to the economy. having lost my job there I moved on to oil feild work, with no experiance I started at the bottom. Which begn my problems.   • GMAC won't correct error

    We sold a house in March, 2006. A second mortgage held by GMAC was paid off at closing. GMAC has reported us as delinquent on payments due the following May and June. We have provided documentation of the payoff including the HUD settlement sheet. GMAC refuses to correct their error. There is no way to contact a responsible person at GMAC.     Why is that GMAC was bailed out by the federal government with out tax money, and they will not try to help the consumer with financed thought their company. They filed chapter 11,and the government help them out. But when my wife job and i had to filed chapter 7, that has been discharged for 2yrs, they will not financed me a car, they wouldn't give a 2nd change like the govenment gave them.     Am a Navy spouse in Guam & need a permission letter to ship my car back to the mainland. They took down the wrong fax number and I never received the letter. Consequently had to change my shipping date. They told me they were unable to send me a pdf of the letter to my email. The people I spoke to were at a call center in Manila. I asked to speak to someone in the US and they were not allowed to give out any numbers to some higher ups.     I had my last car financed through GMAC. This car was written off in June 2009. My insurance paid out majority of the value but left $517 owing to GMAC. I have been liaising with a customer service consultant at GMAC to organise for my gap insurance to cover this.     I lost the first one i Wrote, so I'll be a bit more brief, I bought this 2004 chevy cavalier and just a few erks that I presently live with driving this car.     i wrote a letter on my service i recently took my truck in for i was sold a wax package that i was told if any rock chips were to rust they would be fixed and when i brought to gmc attention nothing is bening done about it , so i was sold this package on false words. i think i should be given this money back as it is not true. i was also sold a package for oil sprays and when i took it to a garage and put it on a lift, it was done very poorly spots missed all over had to pay some one else to do it right so my truck doesnt rust. i even took the manger of midnorth motor in sudbury ontario...     COMPLAINT- After calling and getting through finally I was told that the last payment of certain amount will be taken on 11-08-09 by Direct Debit. This was all done. We were waiting for final statement, instead received a statementfor the last year only asking a staement closing balance.     I turned in my leased Trailblazer over to a Ford dealership and well after GMC picked up the blazer, they sent me a letter staing a set of keys were missing and I owed them 125 dollars. I know I turned in two sets and the ford dealership confirmed this. After a year and I thought this was over, they again wrote and said I owed them money.     An erroneous report from GMAC has been affecting my credit score for years. I lease a Cadillac every three yrs. In 5/2000 I leased a car. My dealership asked for me to turn my car in early, in 3/2003, which I did and leased another car.     To whom it may concern, I have purchased 2 brand new trucks. One in Oct. 2002, I bought a 2003 Silverado and the next year I purchased a 2004 Silverado Duramax. I received our monthly statement to be paid in September for the 2004. The remaining balance for this truck was only $785.33. Our monthly was $750.     I leased a car from GMAC for 3 years, & turned it in 7/14/08, with fewer miles than I was allowed. The car was immaculate, floor mats were removed just prior to turning it in, full gas tank, new oil and inspection/license stickers and front tires only 8 months old.
