Worst Customer Service - auto finance


Am a Navy spouse in Guam & need a permission letter to ship my car back to the mainland. They took down the wrong fax number and I never received the letter. Consequently had to change my shipping date. They told me they were unable to send me a pdf of the letter to my email. The people I spoke to were at a call center in Manila. I asked to speak to someone in the US and they were not allowed to give out any numbers to some higher ups. With the time difference, I had to call them 6 times so far and have not even received a hard copy through the mail. The call centers are useless. And the fact that they can only fax and not email something is like functioning in the technological stone age. I have to cross my fingers and hope that they get me this letter before I am scheduled to ship the car. It's wonderful how they treat people who are military families serving overseas...
